Genuine friendship, making friends; surely this is what life is truly about. In Third Age we’re all in this together: possible age health issues, possible age loneliness, possible even probable age discrimination. And the bigee: that looming inevitable. 

Yes…the world over, Elders are Elders… 

The Spirit Within shows us that we are not alone. You and I have friends ‘out there’ to meet, others whose priorities are achieving peace and happiness for themselves and, if possible, the world…yes, our Spirit Within is where true peace and happiness exist – within you, within me, within ourselves. 

Many of us find walking difficult and many can’t leave their bed without help…our FREE Library resources are aimed at all of us Elders…ALL! Self-care podcasts, Words of Comfort interviews…it’s there, it’s FREE!

And for Elders with eyesight difficulties there is an audio of each page of the website: just email thespiritwithinusall@gmail.com with ‘Web audio’ in the subject line.

And for Elders with hearing difficulties, there are transcripts of each of the ‘Words of Comfort’ interviews: email thespiritwithinusall@gmail.com with ‘Transcript’ in the subject line, and the title of which interview you would like to read. Transcripts of the podcasts are being prepared.
